Shipping & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our baby items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us with any problems with your order.
If for some reason you’re not 100% HAPPY with your order, please let us know and we’ll work together on a solution!
Always be sure to feel the item is safe before letting your baby snuggle with it.
APPAREL & HOME
Hey, we get it, sometimes “the shoe DOESN’T fit.” No worries. We got you.
Returns are absolutely accepted as long as we are notified by email (email@example.com) within 48 hours of when your item(s) was(were) delivered AND the item(s) are back to us within 7 days after we are notified.
The following criteria must be met in terms of the condition of the item(s):
– must be in their original packaging
– all tags must be attached
– must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of smells (smoke, pets, perfumes, etc.)
Please notify us as soon as possible via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you would like to return any item. You are responsible for the shipping/delivery back to us.
Returns will NOT be accepted on any SALE items. All returns will be issued store credit. Credits will be “issued” an available to use as soon as we recieve the item(s).
